Seville
Home of flamenco dancing, the worlds largest Gothic cathedral, and the Alcazar royal palace. There is also a beautiful park with buildings representing other countries built for the 1929 World’s Fair. We enjoyed a walking tour of Barrio Santa Cruz and looking at the locally designed ceramic tiles and wrought iron. Fun fact, they decorated the bottoms of balconies so they look beautiful to pedestrians looking up. And for those who love soccer, there are two professional teams in Seville.
Artisans in Sevilla have been making beautiful ceramic tiles and wrought iron works. You can see these pieces of art on the buildings .
